Villa Construction :
We have three different Model in 3BHK Villas.
The price for Villas starts from Rs.38.49 Lakhs onwards. Depending upon the Built Up Area and the Facing the price will differ.

(A) Beech Villa Model 3BHK-which is 1624 Sq.ft Built Up Area in 1200 Sq.ft Plot Area. The Total cost for Villa Rs.38,49,600/- and this price is Exclusive of Registration & Service Tax Charges.

(B) Cypress Villa Model 3BHK- which is 1943 Sq.ft Built Up Area in 1500 Sq.ft Plot Area. The Total cost for Villa Rs.46,68,450/- and this price is Exclusive of Registration & Service Tax Charges.

(C) Durian Villa Model 3BHK which is 2800 Sq.ft Built Up Area in 2400 Sq.ft Plot Area. The Total cost for Villa Rs.69,60,000/- and this price is Exclusive of Registration & Service Tax Charges.

The Villa Construction Cost alone is Rs.1650/- per sq.ft. The possession date will be 9 to 10 months from the date of commencement of construction work, ie after getting the plot registered in your name.
